TestLab Senior Software Engineer
Kurt is an integral part of GAPLabs' TestLab team, working as the Senior Software Engineer. The third of four siblings and a Computer Science undergrad of UPVTC, he began his time on campus as a junior designer intern for a month in April 2012. He got hired part time in January 2013 and became a full-time employee in April of the same year. He worked on various projects for GoAbroad.com before being welcomed on to the TestLab team. Kurt loves working at GAPLabs because of the work environment and the awesome people, who he describes as easy and fun to work with.
He's a fan of Christmas as well as the whole month of December because of the many days off. Kurt favors the four-day work week (having Mondays off), and loves lunchtime because he gets to do a lot of things. Kurt loves to play basketball, volleyball, and wants to be a multi-instrumentalist. Along with playing the guitar which he started back in high school, he'd love to learn how to play the piano, violin, and harmonica.
His goals? To become one of the world's renowned contributors in the web development community and develop a project that is cutting edge using the newest and latest technologies. And he is well on his way with the TestLab team.
