Responsibilities:

• Help facilitate student comprehension and participation.
• Provide individualized attention and support to students to enhance their language skills.
• Assess student progress through tests, and provide feedback when needed
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student engagement and participation.
• Maintain accurate records of student performance, and progress.
• Stay updated on developments in TEFL methodology and incorporate innovative teaching techniques into lessons.
• Communicate effectively with students to address any concerns or issues that may arise.
• Participate in professional development activities and training sessions to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, English, Linguistics, or a related field.
• TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA certification preferred.
• Previous experience teaching English, preferably to adults.
• Native or near-native proficiency in English.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Patience, empathy, and a passion for teaching.
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet the diverse needs of students.
• Computer literacy and proficiency in using teaching tools and technology.
